So what’s going on with DC & Marvel? I’m not going to answer that one just yet but Slade Wilson has part one of an opinion piece posted online and shares some pretty interesting insight into what he thinks is wrong with the big two.

Ok, I’ll be honest here, I’ve never heard of the Doug Write Awards until recently. Maybe you have, maybe you have’nt. Either way here is a list of winners for you to check out.

Lois Lanes Abortion and the Gay Superman written by Jeff Trexler takes a look at several exhibits in the Seigel vs WB case and Jeff found some interesting if not distrubing correspondence between Jerry Siegal and Detective Comics between 1939 and 1947. After reading that piece I wonder what would have become of Superman had Siegal and Schuster had won the rights to the character. I don’t think that he would have turned out to be the Iconic character that he is today.

SDCC still lingers on, here’s another article for you to check out. It’s a pretty long read but interesting.

Is it just me or was there not that many stories of interest this past week? Probably just me, but this was a pretty short stroll wouldn’t you say?
